From the outside a Cara Cara Orange looks very much like an ordinary navel orange.  But cut one open and you’ll find beautiful rosy pink flesh inside.

Cara Cara Oranges tend to be beautifully sweet, with a milder acidity than many other oranges.  Their flavour is often described as having little hints of berries mixed in with the citrus.
