When you register with us, you are able to place an order online. Orders are processed and delivered or posted weekly.
Fresh food orders close at 2pm Tuesday for delivery to your door on Friday. Pantry goods can be ordered throughout the week, for delivery via post or to your door, we will contact you to confirm.
When ordering through our website you will be transferred to our secure shopping cart, where you can pay with either PayPal, Direct Deposit or your nominated credit card via a secure 128-bit SSL encryption payment gateway.
Currently, we only offer a delivery service that covers the Yarra Ranges & Yarra Valley, Victoria. You can use our Pick Up option from our Farm Gate Shed in Silvan.
The list of suburbs we deliver to can be found on our “About Us” page. We charge a flat delivery rate of $7.50 or $12.50, depending on location.
All deliveries occur on a Thursday and Friday by us, posted deliveries will use the most reliable and affordable Australia Post service. We will contact you to quote the postage given to us by our local post office, we won’t despatch until given your permission and the balance required has been paid.
Please include any specific instructions at the time of checkout. Someone will need to be home to accept the delivery, otherwise give instructions on where to safely leave your goods.
Ample Foodstore cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen damage or theft to your order when left in a designated area specified by you.
We recommend that your delivery is brought inside and stored away correctly ASAP.
Refunds And Returns
If an item that you have purchased becomes out of stock, we will refund your account before your order is received.
From time to time some brands may change in a category, so the photograph shown is used only as a guide for what the contents of the package will be.
If you have any specific allergy or similar issues that may mean one of our products is not suitable for you, please mention in the Comments section at checkout, and we will endeavour to ensure you receive the correct product, or receive a refund.
Please contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your order should you have any concerns.
Refunds/exchanges may be organised if goods are faulty or not as described. Refunds cannot be given for change of mind.
Ample Foodstore’s maximum liability to you for products purchased from our website shall be limited to the refund of the purchase price you have paid for the products.
Ample Foodstore will not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, interruptions of business, loss of profits, or other consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages, however caused, whether for breach of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise except which it is unlawful to exclude.
