Pure Raw Honey is a superior quality honey, and our honey is made by busy bees not far from our farm in the Dandenong Ranges.

Manufacturers process most of the honey you find in grocery stores.  Heating the honey helps improve the colour and texture, removing any unwanted crystallizations.  Many of the beneficial antioxidants and bacteria are also removed or destroyed in the process.

Raw honey contains antioxidants called phenolic compounds.  Some types of honey have as many antioxidants as fruits and vegetables, these help to protect our bodies from cell damage due to free radicals.
