The BBQ Spice – Totally Organic

I came up with The BBQ Spice a few years ago.  I wanted something that smelt and tasted like the chickens you get in the chicken shops, not the ones they do in the supermarkets.

After getting the recipe right I hunted down all the organic herbs and seasonings I needed, made up little packs and sent them out to friends to try for me.

100% great feedback, so I thought I would pre-mix everything for you.  If you put a spoonful in a small bowl with some olive oil, and use a silicone pastry brush to mix together and then “paint” over your food prior to cooking – it’s that easy to prep.

I have coated a chicken and roasted in the oven.  I have covered a whole cauliflower, then sliced and roasted in the oven.  It tastes great over veggies (love all the seasoning that finds its way into all the bits on a broccoli).

An easy to use seasoning, without any anti-caking agents, fillers, preservatives or additives.  And it tastes AMAZING too!!!
