Spicy & Tangy, with Fresh Lime

Although most of us immediately think of Tom Yum Soup, this little jar can actually do a whole lot more than that.

It is concentrated, plant-based and oil-free, so think of it as a shortcut jar of Thai flavour. A spoonful or two can turn something quite ordinary into something rather delicious without needing seventeen different ingredients.

COOKING WITH MEKHALA ONLY TAKES 3 STEPS

1. Add 2 heaped teaspoons of Mekhala
2. Add 1 cup of your liquid of choice
3. Simmer for 5-7 min with your favourite proteins and veggies
