Organic Times White Couverture Chocolate

Organic Times White Couverture contains 32% cocoa butter, sugar, milk & vanilla, but none of the cocoa solids found in milk & dark couverture chocolate. This omission removes the slight bitterness of darker chocolates & imbues instead a succulently sweet and creamy disposition.

Tip:  Use our Coconut Cream and make seriously delicious White Chocolate Ganache!

NB:  This chocolate is from bulk blocks so will be made up of broken pieces.
