Organic Marjoram – 50gm
This delicate, sweet herb has bitter notes and pairs well with basil, cumin, paprika, rosemary and sumac.
Also known as Sweet Marjoram, it’s an aromatic herb in the mint family that has been grown in the Mediterranean, North African and Western Asia regions, for thousands of years.
While similar to oregano, it has a milder flavour and is often used in soups, pasta dishes, casseroles, with meat, lamb, fish and poultry dishes.
Toss with steamed cauliflower, garlic and butter for quick easy side dish.
To chicken pieces, add a dash to skin with olive oil and season with salt and pepper for delicate sweetness.
