Organic Jasmine Brown Rice is long grain & has a floral aroma & a subtle pandan-like flavour. Often used in curries & spicy dishes & typically served with Thai food. This brown Jasmine rice when cooked is chewy with a slightly sweet and nutty flavour. It is not as sweet as the White variety.
