Organic Coconut Sugar is a delicious alternative to white sugar.  It is produced from organic coconut palm nectar.  It is certified organic and minimally processed leaving a natural rich coconut flavour.

Use Coconut Sugar just like you normally would ordinary white sugar, in a 1:1 ratio.  Cook, bake or add it to desserts, coffee or tea.
