This wonderful pasta is not like the “plastic” type of dried pasta you find in the supermarkets, it is fresh made by hand, then dried. It cooks in no time at all, the texture and taste are lovely, and I’m the only non gf family member – the gluten free family members feel like they are restaurant dining with every fresh veg sauce I make and stir through.

Base Ingredients: Maize Starch, Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Rice Bran, Xanthan Gum
The Fettucine is made in a Gluten Free speciality factory, so is safe for coeliacs to eat too.
