Organic Almond Meal, Blanched (no skin)

We now stock Organic Blanched Almond Meal.  This means that any of your fine baking will now be clear of any flecks of almond skin.  The almonds used are organically grown in Australia and are therefore free of all nasty pesticides and chemicals often used in growing or production.

Almond meal is also known as almond flour and is creamy in colour.  Perfect to use for macaroons and many gluten free baked goods.  And don’t forget those protein balls!
