Gluten Free “Panko” Breadcrumbs – 500gm
Anyone who lives a gluten free life will tell you there are a few foods that they truly miss, and some “alternate” products just don’t taste the same. One such food in our household is a Schnitzel. We’ve tried alternatives available in the supermarket, but the “gritty” taste is not the best, especially when the non-glutens in the household have to share the same meals.
So imagine our delight when I discovered that an organic bakery, specialising in gluten free breads was making a bread especially to be made into breadcrumbs. The whole family can now enjoy a schnitzel, similar to a gluten variety.
This versatile crumb is free of gluten, wheat and yeast. Perfect for applications requiring a crust where normal wheat-based crumbs may normally be used.
Made by bakers without the use of corn, making it an ideal substitute for those with allergies and dietary intolerances.
Ingredients: Rice Flour, Potato Flour, Canola Oil, Soy Flour, Water, Raising Agents (336,500), Rice Bran, Vegetable Gum (464), Sea Salt.
