Organic Dried Tarragon

Tarragon is a perennial herb with a distinctive anise-like flavour, often used in French cuisine. It’s known for its slender, green leaves and is a key ingredient in sauces like béarnaise. Tarragon can be used fresh or dried, and it pairs well with chicken, fish, vegetables, and in dressings and sauces.

When using dried tarragon, use approx 1/4 of the amount you would use of the fresh tarragon.
