Organic Times Dark Couverture Chocolate

Organic Times 70% Dark Couverture Chocolate is essentially chocolate liquor to which more cocoa butter is added, with a small amount of sugar, vanilla and lecithin. It is the high proportion of cocoa solids that give dark couverture its seductively rich, intense and somewhat earthy chocolate flavours. With no milk additives, this is as pure and unadulterated as chocolate gets.
NB. This chocolate is from bulk blocks so will be made up of broken pieces.
