Organic Pepitas/Pumpkin Seeds

Organic pepitas (pumpkin seeds) come from the inside of the pumpkin seed. They are small and green in colour with a mild nutty flavour. Pumpkin Seeds are a good nutritious snack. They can also be used in baking, or sprinkled in your favourite soup, salad, muesli or breakfast cereal.
