Delivery & Ordering

Orders close Monday at 2pm
for delivery the same week on Thursday.

Your produce is packed fresh in our Silvan Barn cool room and delivered to homes and workplaces across the Dandenong Ranges.

You can also choose Free Local Pickup from our barn in Silvan South from Wednesday afternoon or Thursday.
We will contact you after ordering to arrange a suitable collection time.

Mystery Box or Your Preferences

Our produce boxes are a little like a MasterChef Mystery Box — seasonal, fresh and sometimes a surprise.

However you’re never locked into a strict list.

You can tell us:

Items your household does not enjoy.

LIKE
Items your family particularly loves.

We refer to these preferences each time we pack your box so you receive produce you will actually use.

Flexible Ordering

There are:

• Subscriptions are NOT essential
• No contracts
• No minimum orders

Simply order whenever you would like a box.

You can also add Organic pantry goods, coffee and other items to your order and have everything delivered together.

Our Produce Philosophy

We support local farmers whenever possible.

When something is not available locally, we source from nearby regions that specialise in growing that particular produce.

Because everything is seasonal, the contents of your box will vary throughout the year depending on what is fresh and available.

What Are “Odd Bods”?

Sometimes farmers have produce that is perfectly good to eat but slightly unusual, such as:

• misshapen vegetables
• small blemishes
• cracked or odd-sized produce

Supermarkets often reject these items even though they taste just as good.

When we can rescue this produce from waste, we sometimes include “Odd Bods” as a discounted extra.

Examples might include trimming a small bruise from a carrot, cutting a blemish from a potato, or using unusual shapes for soups or roasting.

It helps farmers avoid waste and gives customers extra produce at no charge.

Want Larger Quantities?

If you need something specific such as:

• 3kg potatoes
• extra apples
• extra onions

Just write your request in the Order Notes at checkout and we will include it if available.

Customising Your Box

To help us pack your box perfectly, you can include notes at checkout.

For example:

DO NOT EAT:
List items your household does not eat.

LIKE:
List items your family loves.

Everything else we assume is everyday produce you are happy to receive.

You can also include the number of people regularly eating in your household, and we will try to adjust quantities where possible.
