Organic Coriander Seeds

Coriander seeds are small plump brown seeds that have a hollow cavity, it bears the essential oils that flavour many wonderful dishes.

If lightly toasted in a hot dry pan (along with fennel and cumin seeds) they can be crushed and rubbed on meats.
