All the dry ingredients needed to make a Butter Chicken, although you can omit the chicken and add another protein, or just a straight vegetable version.  All ingredients are organic and the mixture is ACO Certified Organic.

Coriander, Garlic, Cumin, Chilli, Ginger, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Clove, Cardamon, Bay Leaf.

Add a measured amount into a standard recipe.
