ORGANIC SICHUAN MALA CHILLI PASTE
This paste is Fiery and Unami, with Sichuan Peppercorns

Fragrant Spicy Pot – Stir-fry 2 heaped teaspoons of paste with 700gm chicken, beef and/or vegetables.  Serve with rice, fresh coriander and roasted peanuts. (Serves 2)

COOKING WITH MEKHALA ONLY TAKES 3 STEPS

1. Add 2 heaped teaspoons of Mekhala Miso Ginger Paste
2. Add 1 cup of your liquid of choice
3. Simmer for 5-7 min with your favourite proteins and veggies
