Our Organic Red Chillies aren’t just about adding heat. They’re also a handy source of Vitamin C, along with carotenoids and other naturally occurring plant compounds.

A little can go a long way — slice them through stir-fries, curries, soups, sauces, marinades, salsas or even freeze them whole for later.

And just a little warning from the obvious department … chilli heat can vary considerably from one chilli to the next!

Wash your hands well after chopping them, and definitely avoid rubbing your eyes afterwards. :0)
