I have been able to get hold of some fresh picked perfect Swiss Brown Flats at a good price.  Only because there were a lot available this week and the grower would rather get them sold today and delivered to us on Wednesday, than transport to the Org Market and not be able to sell them this week.  A great win for us!

There is always a bit of random sizing, so we can offer them in .950-1.1kg size bags.

These organic Australian grown fungi have a rich, earthy, nutty flavour and firm meaty texture.

Versatile for grilling, roasting, stuffing, or as a “burger” –  they are high in B vitamins, selenium, potassium, Vit D and antioxidants.
