Organic “Unique” Red Capsicums – ADD-ON (approx 1.5kg)

The Red Caps are still quite high, however I’ve been able to get some from a Farmer who supplies me with his “seconds”.  These are capsicums that still have some green colour on them, so can’t be sold as a true Red.  Still grown without the nasties, just been stuffed around with the frosty mornings and haven’t completed their final growth on schedule.

Different coloured capsicums have different flavours, but are all still very good for you.  So while I can get them, they are “first rate” to me. the next few weeks I hope to be able to get access to these unique Red Capsicums, I’m doing another ADD-ON, especially for those who like to cook with them, pickle them, roast & bottle them, put them in school lunch boxes, stuff them or snack on them …

A bit of investigating and the closest in price, per kg, is Woolies, at $13.50pk.
