A delightful explosion of wine and fruit flavours are prominent in this coffee ideal for fruity, filter coffee.
The coffee comes to us from the Kindeng Dry Mill, located in the Jiwaka province of Papua New Guinea. It is a blend of coffee cherry purchased from about 1500 multiple smallholders located in the Kindeng and Arufa municipalities. The coffee is processed using the Natural method where ripe coffee cherries are placed on raised beds to dry throughout the average 1 month drying process.
