Organic Superfine White Rice Flour (Austn. Made)

Our Australian Rice Flour is made from finely ground white rice grains and contains high amounts of essential vitamins and minerals.

It is an excellent base flour for gluten free baking with muffins and cookies.  For those who like to make their own macaroons, the superfine consistency makes a great base flour.

As a base to make batters, its the perfect choice.

To thicken sauces … and is virtually tasteless.
