Ordering
When you register with us, you are able to place an order online. Orders are processed and delivered or posted twice a week.
Fresh food orders close at 1pm Wednesday for delivery to your door on Friday. Pantry goods can be ordered throughout the week, for delivery via post or to your door, we will contact you to confirm.
When ordering through our website you will be transferred to our secure shopping cart, where you can pay with either PayPal or your nominated credit card
via a secure 128-bit SSL encryption payment gateway. We now offer the option of Direct Deposit, from your bank account to ours.
Delivery
Currently, we only offer a delivery service that covers the Yarra Ranges & Yarra Valley, Victoria.
The list of suburbs we deliver to can be found on our “Where we Deliver” page. We charge a flat delivery rate of $5. All orders over $80 do not incur a delivery charge and are free.
All deliveries occur on a Friday by us, posted deliveries will use the most reliable and affordable Australia Post service.
Please include any specific instructions at the time of checkout. Someone will need to be home to accept the delivery, otherwise give instructions on where to leave your goods.
Ample Foodstore cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen damage or theft to your order when left in a designated area specified by you.
We recommend that your delivery is brought inside and stored away correctly ASAP.
Refunds and returns
If an item that you have purchased becomes out of stock, we will refund your account before your order is received.
Please contact us at admin@amplefoodstore.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order should you have any concerns.
Refunds/exchanges may be organised if goods are faulty or not as described. Refunds cannot be given for change of mind.
Disclaimer
Ample Foodstore’s maximum liability to you for products purchased from our website shall be limited to the refund of the purchase price you have paid for the products.
Ample Foodstore will not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, interruptions of business, loss of profits, or other consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages, however caused, whether for breach of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise except which it is unlawful to exclude.

Once you have placed an order with us, we may send you emails notifying you of new products or specials. You may unsubscribe from these at any time. We will not sell, lease, loan or share your private information or email address. We hate spam as much as you do!
